Answer Aaron, You will definitely need a new spray arm but the water being left is a secondary issue. You will want to make sure that the drain is not clogged and nothing in the drain pump. Check the impeller to make sure that it is not damaged.

Answer Hello Maggie, To remove the lower spray arm, pull out on retaining clip and lift up spray arm.

Answer Hello Kris. If the spray arm gets loose or tilts, it can touch the heater during the drying cycle and melt. This is not uncommon in dishwashers for this to happen. Over time, the spray arms 154567701 wear down and become loose. You will need to replace the spray arm. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Gina. If the lower spray arm 154567701 is broke, you will need to replace it. You will need to remove the filter assembly and check and make sure the impeller assembly 154859201 is good on the dishwasher. Also check and make sure the unit is filling with water correctly. If not, the spray tower will not rise and wash the dishes properly. You will need to replace the water valve 154637401 if the unit is not filling all the way up. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Jack! This spray arm snaps in and should be removable by simply pulling upward at an angle or popping the tabs with a small screwdriver. I hope this helps!
