My Repair & Advice
The lower washarm was broken and shooting water out the side of the arm causing the water to shoot underneath the door seal and leak onto the kitchen floor. I ordered a new lower washarm on Friday at 3pm Eastern and it was on my doorstep Saturday with just the regular shipping method. I installed the new arm and it works perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the experience. It was also about $2 cheaper than the quote I got from the local appliance place, and they told me they would have to order it and it wouldn't be in until at least Monday. I would recommend this company to anyone.
