I need to replace to ceramic cooktop of my Frigidaire because my old is broken. My question is do you have any document telling people how to install , replace the new one? Is it difficult?

Answer Hi LongLe. The cook top is part # 316531900. Cannot send the service manual because our document file is damaged. Remove the door. Remove power. Remove the front lower trim under the top. This will allow access to the hold down screws at the same area for the cook top hold down bolts. Lift up and support all underside of top. Remove burner mount brackets from the under glass without removing burners from them. Once both front and back 2- burner brackets are down, then simply lift top off the rear mount brackets. Install the new top in reverse procedure. Make sure you have burner brackets centered so the burners are correctly shown on top as you use them. Thank You.
