Answer Hello Jerry. First disconnect the power going to the unit. Uninstall the range from the cabinet. Remove all the knobs off the control panel and unscrew the large plastic nuts under the knobs and remove. Next remove the control panel from the range. Locate and remove the screws around the cooktop holding the cooktop in place. Lift the cooktop from the range and unplug the wires for the cooktop. Place the cooktop beside the new cooktop upside down on a soft surface. Remove the elements and wires from the old cooktop and install them onto the new cooktop. Reinstall in reverse order. To clean the oven door glass, you will need to remove the door from the oven. Remove the screws around the outside of the oven door and disassemble the door to access the glass. Reinstall in reverse order. Hope this helps.
