I cracked the glass cooktop. I have removed the top. does the replacement part come with the bracket attached?
What else do I need to complete the installation?

The bracket that holds allows the top to be screwed down will come attached to the main top. You should not need any other component to replace the top except the main top.
How do you get the old cooktop off to replace a new cooktop?

Answer Hello Mike. Open oven door and remove the screws in the bottom front of the cooktop 318223634. Then remove the burner brackets and remove the burner from the cooktop. Next remove the cooktop from the hinge pins in the back of the unit. Install the new cooktop in reverse order. Hope this helps.
