My water dispenser is dripping slowly. It doesn't do it all the time but when it does it pools on the floor.

Answer Hello Stephanie. When the unit starts to drip, you will need to remove the hose from the valve and see if the valve is dripping. If so, replace the water valve on the unit.
The ice dispensor does not put out ice, the water dispensor does work though. Any suggestions?

Answer Hello Kay. Test for power to the auger motor. If there is power there, and the motor does not run, you will need to replace the auger motor 241676201 in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
