Our purefilter is leaking onto the uppermost shelf. We replaced it recently and wonder if the O rings might be defective? Is there a part number or have you encountered this issue? If so, how do we stop the leaking?

Answer Hello Jerry. First, check to see if the 4 o-rings are still attached to your new filter and are sitting in their grooves. Shine a flashlight into the housing for the filter and ensure that the old filters o rings didnt break off in there and that the housing is free of any debris. If the leak persists, you may want to check all the tubing that leads into the housing to ensure that the leak is not originating there. I hope this helps!
