When trying to start oven, sometimes smell of gas and then oven lights with a pop or bang (small explosion), also take about 20 minutes to heat up to 350* degrees.

The bottom oven burner will not ignite although the igniter glows yellow. The broiler and top burners all work well. Is this a faulty thermocouple and is that a part of the igniter?

When I turn on oven, it doesn't heat up. Igniter isn't cracked and tests fine. What else could it be, the igniter lines?

My oven is not heating up. I unplugged the ignitor coil and put a volt meter on it. With the oven turned off I am getting about 2.5 volts. When I turn the oven controller on it goes up to about 4.4 volts. My understanding is that I should be getting 120 volts. Are there any other components I should check (stuck gas valve) before replacing the controller?
