Oven Bake element blew, when I replaced the element oven does not heat neither the bake or broil elements. The Clock and burners are all operating. What could be the problem?

Answer Hello Lonnie. Test and make sure there is 240 volts coming to the unit. If there is 240 volts coming to the range, and the elements do not work, you will test for power coming from the clock assembly 316557114 to the elements when the bake cycle is selected. If there is no power from the bake relay to the bake element, you will need to replace the clock on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
