How do you replace the draw support glide on the upper crisper drawer cover?

Answer Hello Alena,
If you are referring to the crisper support 241993001 that is on the wall of unit, you will have to release the clip. In the big part under where the actual support broke off there is a round piece. You have to try to pull the round piece out and the entire support will come out. Put the new one in and push in or tap in the large round piece for it to stay in place.
