I am trying to replace the oven floor pan. Trying to remove the 2 screws in the back of the oven but having much difficulty removing the screws. I have loosened them however, I cannot pull them out of the pan. Any suggestions? I look forward to your response and help!
Answer Hello Ken,
If the screws 5303285179 will not come out, you can use a pair of wire cutters under the heads of them to apply upward pressure while turning them counterclockwise. This will normally cause them to catch threads and back out. Do not do this to the screws if there is any chance of re-using the pan since this will cause the enamel to chip off of it.
I am having trouble finding the 2 screw holes at the back of my
oven panel that I am replacing. What can I do?

Answer Hello Linda. Some models do not use screws. They have locking tabs you release to remove the panel from the bottom of the unit.
