My Repair & Advice
I removed the push pins from around the outside of the seal and liner with a screw drive. Put the new liner and seal up with one other person holding it in place and just pushed the pins back in the holes. Less that 30 minutes done, works great, seals great, perfect fit and saved me a lot of money by doing it myself.
