Oven temperature does not correspondence with the temperature that is set.
It's usually 50 - 75 degrees off.

Answer Ralph, If you're sure the average oven temperature (after a 15 minute pre heat cycle, and 3 burner cycles) is less than 50 degrees off, you will be able to adjust/recalibrate the control. If the average temperature is 50 dgrs. off,you will need to replace the control 316101000. Good Luck and Thanks
