Answer Hi. You need to replace the bottom Door hinge bearing part # 240328201. Use white lithium grease part # TJ20000030 lightly on the moving contact area of the hinge to smooth operations. Examine the door area where the lower hinge bearing is placed to see if it is rounded out and beyond repair unless you replace the door itself. Like the top bearing that is snug in the door, make sure the bottom of the door female opening is tight. Make sure the door stop part # 240537105 is placed on the door and both bottom screws are tight so it pivots well. Thank You.

Answer Hello Julio, The screw that holds the cam in position is backing out and contacting either the other ca or the hinge. If you lay by the door and look up at it, you should be able to see it. You can tighten it with a pair of needle nosed pliers TJMA-317G.

Answer Hello Dave, The issue will either be the 240457701 or the one on the bottom of the door 240328201. The only way to determine which has broken is to disassemble. If I had to guess which has failed I would have to go with the first and it may not even be broken, the screw may have come out. You just have to check to see. It should be lubricated TJ20000030 to prevent damage and at the same time, the screw that holds it in place shouldn't be lubricated as you don't want it to be able to come back easily.
