Answer Hello Tammy. Unless, the unit turns off long enough to thaw, or the lines on the back of the unit frost over due to a freon over charge, there is no drain pan for this model and should be no water on the floor from the freezer. i would suggest you look at the parts affected from the repair and see if something was done wrong.
