Answer Hello BG. You can test these with a multi-meter TJMA-DM1. It should ohm out around 1100 ohms at room temperature. Hope this helps.

I bought an oven sensor from Appliance Parts, and its connector is fine; however, the connector that is attached to the wire harness melted (I accidentally did this). I now have no connector or "female" end, so I've been told it's called, to which to connect my oven sensor "male" end. Do you sell the connector I need or have advice for me? I'd rather keep from having to replace the entire wire harness because of this one missing plastic piece. I've also been told that I can just eliminate the connectors and use a ceramic nut to connect the wires instead; however, I'm unsure this is the best solution. It may be Plan B. Thanks for your help.

Answer Hello Tonya. The best thing to do is remove the connectors and use the ceramic wire nuts and splice the wires on the sensor.

My probe oven temp does not have the same connector as what is coming out of oven.

Answer Latoya, The F31 error code will indicate a shorted probe connection. You will want to check the oven probe for resistance. If less than 500 ohms replace the probe. If within range then check for shorted sensor probe harness between the Electronic oven control (EOC) and probe connector.

Answer David, If you pull unit out from installation and pull the rear lower cover off the sensor probe connector is located behind the cover.

Answer Hello Nicole. If there is 120 volts coming to the control board and none is coming to the elements, you will need to order and replace the control in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
