I am receiving an error code F31, when I cut on the oven. What dose that mean?
Latoya
Answer Latoya,
The F31 error code will indicate a shorted probe connection. You will want to check the oven probe for resistance. If less than 500 ohms replace the probe. If within range then check for shorted sensor probe harness between the Electronic oven control (EOC) and probe connector.
Where is the probe connector?

Answer David,
If you pull unit out from installation and pull the rear lower cover off the sensor probe connector is located behind the cover.
My oven will not heat up. Replaced heating element still not working.

Answer Hello Nicole. If there is 120 volts coming to the control board and none is coming to the elements, you will need to order and replace the control in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
