Answer Hello Ryan, If the unit spins out at high speed and isn't jumping around, I would disregard the pulley seeming to be out of alignment. There is no such thing as perfection in this world and many of these units do this. The only time you should pay attention to this is if it is affecting the ending result of the use of the unit such as causing and out-of-balance condition or other such issue.

Answer James, something to try, insert a new allen wrench into the bolt, whith pressure on the allen wrench in a counterclockwise diection, tap the top portion of the "L" of the wrench with a hammer, sometimes that works. Otherwise you'll probably need an impact wrench. Thanks

Answer Hello Scott. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the outer tub assembly 134507120 is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit.

Answer Hi Alex. Remove the back panel. Is the main pulley part # 137317100 worn and loose ? Is it wearing grooves into the back of the tub part # 134509510. If the rear outer tub bearing is shown leaking it is flushed the worn seal . It along with the spinner /axle assy. that mounts to the back of the inner spin basket part # 137105900 needs replaced. Inner gasket part # 134361900. If it roars instead of the jet engine spin sound this is the issue. Thank You.
