Answer Hello John, Using a putty knife, (paint scraper), push in on the clips between the main top and the main front panel. When these are released, the door panel will drop forward and lift off of the bottom clips. This provides access to the internal components of the unit including the pump.

Answer Hello Robert, Sounds to me as though it's time to replace the pump 131208500. These pumps are not manufactured to be serviceable, only replaceable.

Answer Hello Bill. The pump 131208500 pulls off the motor shaft. If it is rusted, it can be difficult to remove. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Bill. Once the hoses and clips are removed, you will pull the pump 131208500 off the motor shaft. If the shaft is rusted inside the pump assembly, the pump is very difficult to remove from the shaft of the motor. Hope this helps.
