Answer Hello Charles. You will need to check and see if the pump or the drain hose is clogged. If so, you will need to clear them out. If they are clear, turn the pump by hand and make sure it is turning freely. If it is not, or if the shaft input is rounded, you will need to replace the pump assembly 5303912510. Hope this helps.
