The refrigerator keeps tripping the circuit breaker. After I rotate the timer, it will work and then it will trip the breaker. Could it be the timer?

Hi does my fridge have this part or not? I see it as a part number but there is no listing in pictures or the schematic. It does not show up what gives? Where is it located? Thanks, Terry.

The inside of my refrigerator drips water from the back of the unit that's located in the roof of the refrigerator (not sure what it's called). I have to keep a small bowl in the fridge to catch the water. I've also noticed water drips from the front of the same unit and settles on the top shelf of the refrigerator. Any idea what is causing that and can it be fixed?
