The refrigerator keeps tripping the circuit breaker. After I rotate the timer, it will work and then it will trip the breaker. Could it be the timer?

Hello, I have a 2 year old frigidaire refrigerator. The freezer is cold but not freezing any of the food or ice cubes. The bottom part of the refrigerator seems fine. Any clue what could be the problem? Thank you.

My fridge and freezer only cool to around 50 degrees. The compressor runs quietly. I removed the back interior freezer cover and no frost on evaporator. Suspect defrost heater staying on. The one line going to the evaporator gets super cold and frosts quickly. It is the one without the small wire-like line hooked to it. Any ideas?
