Either you have a loose connection, Teflon tape was not use on the connection or you have a bad fitting or regulator.
Do I need 310691706 to get the proper amount of gas to make the burners and oven work properly? The oven barely lights but the burners will not light. Thank you for for any info.

Answer Hello Mike. If the supply is correct coming to the unit, but the regulator is not allowinf the proper amount into the unit, you will need to order and replace the regulator in the unit.
