I have the part off but my wires blue and white the top wire is white and the bottom wire is blue. And I tried to pull the wires out but they wont budge . Is there a trick as to how to get the wires loose from the relay. And there is a blue sticker with made in Mexico with these two numbers on it 3ARR51M4F1 and 216649313 and do they mean anything?

Answer Hello Steve. You will need to use a pick tool to release the connector terminals inside the relay. The clips press in on the terminals and release the wires. The numbers are manufacture numbers and are not needed. Hope this helps.

Feezer quit inst a new relay & comp. It started run few sec than stopped.

Answer Hello John. If the unit quit with the new relay overload, then you will need to order and replace the compressor on the unit.

Is there a replaceable valve between the chilled water holding tank and the outlet hose? The water runs for a second or so after the glass is removed. jim

Answer Hello We2magpies. 218720500 is the water valve for the unit. If the water does not stop after you press the lever, you will need to replace the valve. Also, try running about 3 gallons through the dispenser to bleed any air from the water lines.

Freezer has a clicking sound (clicks once then five seconds later, clicks again). Began yesterday. Happens about ever 1 minute & 15 seconds. searched on internet...sounded like it might be the 'relay' - said to clean coils and defrost. That did not help & when plugged back in, it isn't cooling at all. Doesn't sound like the compressor is coming on. Should I try to replace the relay or go ahead and get a new freezer?

I turned my freezer off to defrost it and when I went to turn it back on the compressor did not start back up. It makes a humming noise for a little bit and then cuts out.. Do you think it's the run capacitor?

The compressor relay switch is bad. When I look up the part it differs from my part. My part has a little black box attached to it. What do I need to do? Will the new switch work without the little box?

Answer Hello Heddie. You will unplug the black capactior off the old relay and install it on the new relay 216008900. Hope this helps.
