Where can I find my model number?

Frigidaire built-in oven door will not unlock. What worked twice before was: open breaker, wait an hour, close breaker, set clock, initiate self-clean cycle, set cln time, wait for "LOCK" & "CLEAN" display and oven start to heat-up, and then hit "CANCEL" before it gets very hot. This does not work this time. I assume there is a mechanical problem with proper latching as word "Door" lights up followed by multiple beeps, but the "Door" display does not clear, the "LOCK" display does not come on, some muted clicking sounds can be heard, and a series of single beeps at about 30sec interval. Then the "CLEAN" display clears so only the time is shown. I would like to unlatch the door to make the oven useable while I pursue parts and more troubleshooting. How does the Rod, Latch AP2128605 lock the door? I need to know what direction to pry on it to attempt to release the door and if that is feasible. Thanks.

Answer Ovenbird, It's not going to be that easy to force open the door/latch assembly. The information we sent you, will be a lot more helpful. You'll most likely find that the latch rod or cam, have become defective from use, and will need to be replaced. Good Luck and Thanks
