Answer Hello Anthony. You will need to test the micro-switches [241689101] inside the dispenser and see if they are stuck or bad. If so, they will need to be repaired or replaced. You will need to disassemble the dispenser assembly to access the micro-switches. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DM1. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
