I went downstairs today and found my freezer alarm going off and everything in the front was frosty and the stuff in the door was thawed. I am figuring the door was wedged open partially with a boxed product. It cooled back down after partially thawing. Now when I flip the switch to turn the alarm back on it just constantly buzzing. I am wondering what you think may be causing this? Thanks!

I have a Frigidaire 20 cu ft upright that wants to run all the time except when it goes into defrost cycle. I can turn the temperature control knob down and the unit will shut off, however when it comes back on it runs continuously. What could be the problem, maybe the temperature sensor? Regards Pete
