To better verify which part your going to need you may want to inquire with the manufacture on the actual cu ft of your product. For a 15 & 17 cu ft unit you will use part number 240358004, for a 18 cu ft unit you will use part number 240358005, and for a 21 cu ft unit you will use part number 240358006. The shelf end caps 3201150 are used to stick on the ends of the shelving where it enters into the cabinet of the freezer. Thanks.

Answer Jack, if you're sure this is he rack you need for the freezer, you should not need any additional parts. it should slide into/on to, the molded shelf supports on the side walls of the compartment. Good Luck

Answer Hello Octavia! You will need to know the Cu Ft of your appliance to purchase the correct shelf. For a full length freezer shelf you can use part number 240358004 for 15 & 17 Cu Ft freezer, 240358005 for 18 Cu Ft freezer, or 240358006 for a 21 Cu Ft freezer. You will also need four of the shelf end caps 3201150. Thanks!
