Fridedaire fef366cce 8 yrs old baking at appropriate temp only half of the time, no error codes. Always get heat just not enough. Is there a temp sensor, thermostat, how is monitoring temp, eoc? Bad element? Thanks.

Answer There is a oven sensor probe 316233902 in the oven that communicates with the electronic range control.
