Answer Hello Marianne. Yes part number 154754502 Is the correct replacment spray arm for your dishwasher model pld2855rfc1. It does look like the original was discontinued and this is the replacement from the manufacturer. Hopefully they have fixed the issue that you are describing. Answer Kirk, To take off the lower spray arm you will need to just pull straight up on the arm. This will allow the clips to release to pull the arm out. You will want to check the pump to make sure that there is nothing clogged in it as well that would cause the unit to not circulate the water. Also check your filters to make sure they are not clogged up.

Answer Ken, Part 32a on the motor and pump diagram is just the delivery tube gasket 154406401 and does not come with the upper spray arm.

Answer Hausron, You will want to check the tube 154824201 to make sure that the threading is not damaged. If it checks ok then you will need the spray arm 154754502 which has the nut on it to screw onto the tube.
