Compressor not running

My Repair & Advice
We woke up one morning to discover that our fridge was not running as it should be. Fridge dude was somewhat cold but everything in the freezer was lost.
I pulled the fridge away from the way wall and the first thing I noticed was that the condenser fan was not running. Well after a good cleaning it started going again but the fridge was still not cool. I kept hearing a click sound. It would go 2-3 minutes then click then 12 seconds then click again.
At this time I seen the coils were very dusty and the compressor was warm to the touch so I cleaned the coils thinking that if they were working better maybe the compressor would run cooler and then the overload would stop going off but, that didn't get it.
So I did a continuity test on the compressor and it passed so that was a bit of relief knowing that the compressor wasn't toast.
So that left either the start relay or the overload. Since there both not expensive I ordered them both. 1 day later my items showed up. New, clean and nicely packaged I was hopeful this was the fix.
I installed the relays and plugged in the fridge and was greeted with the awesome sound of the compressor running as it should. I have never repaired a refrigerator before but thanks to the help of this site for there quick shipping and quality componets I was able to do it.
