Answer Hello David. To remove the support from the wall, you will need to see if you can get needle nose pliers to grab and twist the support 215192600. If so, the support will pull out once it is twisted. It should just pull out of the water tank. To install the new support, you will need to insert it into the hole and twist and lock it into place.
