I just replaced this element and it burns for just a second or two, the thermostat turns it off for a second or two, and then back on for a second oft two. this cycle keeps repeating unless I run the burner to "high". the same thing is happening to all 4 burners. I did not notice it before I replaced the burner, but did not pay any attention. Is this normal or do I have another problem?

My large burner went out for the large sside of burner. I ordered one a few weeks ago and received it a day or so ago but it is not the same as the the one one my stove. I tried to install it but cannot get it to pow up for either burner size. The connections are not the same and I did not receive a wiring diagram either. The switch worked before with the small burner so I do not feel like the switch is the problem. Thank you.

My heating element just lost the outer ring of heat and only inner ring is still heating. I noticed another questioneer asking about just replacing element or checking a "switch" Can you explain what switch I should be testing before I order the new element? Thanks

It seems as if the whole heating element is not working. I feel like only the inside smaller part is is working on the bigger front right element. Is this possible? Will buying a new surface element fix this? or is it possible something else is causing the problem like some sort of limit switch or relay of some sort?
