My double element switch failed. I contacted Sears and they supplied me with the new part number for the replacement switch, 903057-9010. The diagram provided to change the wires over from the old switch to the new switch is garbage. On the original switch I have 2 red wires together on one terminal and 2 black wires together on one terminal, a single white wire with heat resistant coating on one terminal, an orange heat resistant wire (going to the element) with another orange wire(going to the other single burner switch) and both orange wires are connected together on one terminal and finally a yellow heat resistant wire on one terminal heading to the burner. With the new switch I have the following labelled terminals which I need to know the corresponding colour I have to connect with the new switch. Travelling clockwise on the switch the first 2 terminals are tied together and labelled (L1)2, the next terminal is (L2), on the next side the first terminal is (P)5, the next terminal is(H2)4, the last terminal on the bottom is (L2b)N, going up the other side of the switch the terminal is right beside the previous label (L2b)N and then the final two terminals are connected together and labelled as H1(3). Could someone please tell me what corresponding colours go to the new universal switch 903057-9010 I purchased? I am hoping there is someone who can solve my problem. Please and thank you!

The halogen burner turns on and stays on whether I have it on a low or high setting. It does not turn off until I put the knob in the off position. It appears to be some type of thermostat problem. What part do I need to replace?

I need the pin out labels for the pins on the new switch. The original switch labeling is nothing like the new switch. I have the appliance wiring diagram, I just need to know what the pin description is for the new switch. Can I get instructions that I can review before I place an order? Thanks

Latest Questions

so I just got part # AP3775555 in and installed it seems to work fine except when I try to turn the inner element on the outer one comes on instead. Following the diagram I am unsure were to plug the orange wire in however as long as it is plugged in this problem accures. If its not plugged in the outer element doesnt work at all. The single red wire has to be pluged into L2b or nothing happens. long story short. Does any one have a clear picture or a better wiring schematic by any chance?

I have a 20 year old Frigidaire Stove model # FE806W-1. The dual burner infinite switch control needs replacing. It is rated at 240VAC at 15amps. There are some numbers on the old switch such as, 2101931010 and 6670G0010A, Mexico 9305. I was told by a local appliance parts department that the Surface Element Switch Kit #903057-9010 will work for my stove. In your video it appeared as though the possible replacement switch is only rated for 11amps max. Could you tell me if the Surface Element Switch Kit #903057-9010 is a replacement for my current switch? Or is there another Surface Element Switch Kit that will work? Thanking you in advance, Bob D.

The light indicator stays on all the time. The right front dual element is cool - doesn't get hot. The 3 other units work fine. What needs replacement? Thank you.
