Answer Doug, If the door switch fell apart we would not have information as to how it goes back together. The wiring part of the door switch is as follows: on the switch there is a NC, C, and NO. The Brown wire will go to NC, the Blue wire will go to C or Com, and the Gray wire will go to NO.

Answer Hello Judd. If the switch is new, then you will need to check the wiring on the unit and make sure it is good. If the wiring is good, then you will need to replace the main board in the unit.

Answer John, The monitor switch would be the one that would be closed and is the center switch. The door switch which is upper would only be closed when the door is closed and the primary switch which is bottom would be closed when the door is closed.
