Answer Hello Todd, These have had some issues with the plastic light sockets 241622802. The issue is caused with expansion and contraction issues with the plastic when the doors are left opened for a long enough time that the light sockets heat up too much. Another cause of the issue is a light bulb that is over rated for the application. This socket uses a 12 Watt bulb but a bulb can be used up to 25 Watts.

Answer Hello Cindy, Without a valid model number, I cannot pull the wiring diagram, but if you go by the color codes on the switches terminals it will connect as follows: Black goes to the outside terminal closest to the center terminal. Red with a blue trace goes on the center terminal and the yellow with a red trace goes on the far away outside terminal. Of course, the best way to do this is either one wire at a time or write down which came off of which during dis-assembly. Taking a picture with your cell phone before removing the wires works great also.

Answer Hello Bill. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like there may be a loose or broken connection. If none is found, then the control board 241973702 may be bad and need to be replaced in the dispenser. Hope this helps.

Answer Hi Jim. You Have an ADC control board mounted in the controls on the left side from front to back. On the E7 connection yel/blk wire is the output voltage to the light bulb circuit. You need to see if you have 120 vac between it and the E4 lt. blue wire connection. If you do not then you need to replace the part # 242011001. Thank You.
