I checked both the door latch and timer no problem. Tapped on the pressure switch and it took off so I let it run. Now there is too much water. Does the switch dictate the water level? I did remove it to tap and didn't remount it until it ran. Remounted and I am running short cycle hoping that will do it. What do you think ?
Answer Hello Ray,
Since the pressure of the water on the witch turns the water off, you should blow through the hose toward the tub and make sure it is not clogged. I would replace the pressure switch 5304460977 since it is its' primary job to turn the water off when the unit is full. As a note, when the pressure switch clicks, if the water continues to run the issue is either low water pressure or a bad water valve.
