Answer Hello Mike. Make sure the fan motor in the freezer is running properly. If so, you will need to check and see if the back wall is covered in frost. If so, It sounds like you may have a defrost problem with the unit. Check and see if there is any frost build up on the back wall of the freezer. If so, you will need to test the defrost heater and the defrost thermostat. They should read closed for continuity when cold. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. I will include a link at the end to assist you how to use the multi-meter if needed. If both parts are good, you will need to replace the defrost timer. Answer Hello Susan, You will want to make sure that the compressor on the unit is running. If the compressor is running but still not cooling then you want to pull the rear cover of the freezer compartment and look for a frost pattern. If no frost pattern then you have an issue with the sealed system. If the compressor is not running then unplug unit and pull start relay off of the compressor. Shake the relay and if it rattles then it would need to be replaced.

Answer Hello Charlie, To change the temp control, open refrigerator door. On the control panel there are 4 - 1/4" hex head screws. Remove screws and disconnect wire harness. Remove old thermostat and install new the same way the old one came out and reinstall.
