I would like to know about the temperature kontrol knob. Which side is up in the correct one that is pointing out the temperature? Is it the smaller point or the ticker one? My fridge temperature isn't working and is getting warmer, but the freezer is working perfectly fine!

The smaller point on the knob points out the temperature setting. If refrigerator section is not cooling then you will want to look for a defrost issue. Check the rear wall of the freezer for frost build up. If there is frost build up you will need to remove rear wall and do a continuity test on the defrost heater and thermostat. If either does not have continuity then you will need to replace that part. If both have continuity then you would need to replace the defrost control. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
