My dryer keeps heating up extremely hot. Where its too hot to touch it. I replaced the Thermostat, Thermal limiter and the Control thermistor. It will work fine with the no heat cycle but putting it on low or any other setting its gets way to hot. I check the venting and it seem to be clean of any obstructions. Do u think its the control board or the heater element getting grounded to a piece of metal?

I have a strange problem. My dryer would run and then just stop in the middle of a cycle. Then it wouldn't even start. I took the top off to check the start switch a meter and it seems fine. Now the dryer runs fine as long as I keep the top off. I was thinking maybe it was getting to hot inside and shutting off, but I don't know. How can I find out which part to replace?

Frigidaire gleq2152es0 dryer not getting hot enough. I've replaced the heating coil and cleaned out the vents. Thinking it could be one of the sensors. How to be sure as one is very expensive "High Limit Thermostat".

My dryer had the control panel replaced about 3 months ago. Ran great. Now, when I turn on with a heat setting, it runs with no heat and stops and the lights start flashing. If I run it without heat it runs with no problem. What gives?
