Freezer is too cold, doesn't shut off and I think is causing water line too freeze so water dispenser doesn't work. Fridge half appears to be ok. Probable thermostat gone bad? Any known issues with this brand? Thank you!

A couple of years ago or so my meat drawer started keeping meat frozen. My crisper started to freeze veggies. Turned temperature control down and that has helped some but food on the shelves has now started freezing. Mainly veggies that I may have up there but some other foods. Was told it is probably thermostat. What say you? Thanks!

I am having an issue with my freezer / refrigerator, both are running warmer than they should. Freezer temp is hovering around 31/32 degrees and refrigerator is 57/58. I've been monitoring temps for 24 hours. Any ideas on where to start?
