My washer dryer combo unit was working fine, then one day I heard a loud pop and all of a sudden the dryer turned off, when I checked it the timer, it was still on with 20 minutes to go, and no power. I checked the breaker box and it had kicked it off, so I flipped it back on and went and turn the dryer on, and still nothing, no lights or power to dryer, then I tried the washer and everything works in washer, but the dryer does nothing at all, what would cause this? Hope you can help me because I currently cannot afford to buy another washer and dryer right now.

My dryer does not dry my clothes all the way .I have to run it again. I checked and replaced the drier hose because it was crushed a little, but still same trouble.

We set our dryer to run and then left it to run itself through. When we came back we noticed the timer did not finish out (timer is funtiong fine). We then tried to restart the dryer, but it would not start up. We left it and came back to a burning smell (the wash was still inside) and noticed that the heating element was on and that it must have been on for quite some time as the inside paddle had mettled off the drum and our clothes were starting to burn. Luckily we caught this before a fire started. I have narrowed down the problem to the thermostat as it seems the heating element is not cycling though as it should. So I have 3 questions. What does the Thermo-Control do? Do you sell the inside paddles for the Drum? and Can you concure on the diagnoses? Thanks!
