My oven homes all the time as if on cleaning cycle and will not regulate the temperature.
David W.
Answer Hello David,
If I'm interpreting your question correctly, you have one of four problems. The temperature probe, the door lock assembly, the thermostat, or the selector switch have failed. Since you provided no model number, I cannot provide accurate part numbers or technical assistance for your repair. If you would like to re-post with the model number and a better description of the issue you are having, we can answer more specifically and help you to resolve your issue.

what would make the oven stop producing heat
Colette S for Model Number fridgidare oven
Answer Colette, It appears this could be an electric range, Make sure the bake element is not broken or damaged , and you have 220/240 VAC to the range or at the outlet(check and reset the breakers several times). Then consider the thermostat and wiring. Good Luck and Thanks
