The water will not stop running into the machine. Even when the machine is turned off, water still runs into it.

The motor will not spin, I have 120v between terminal 5 and 6. The timer will not advance on the heavy load side but will on the delicate side. I checked voltage between pins 1,2,6, and 10 and 2,6, and 10 are suppose to have 120v and 1 is 0v. I have 120v on pin 1 and 0v on pin 10. I also have a blown fuse on the motor control board. It appears to be both the timer and the board are bad, but just seems strange for both to go out at once.

Answer Hello John, It is possible that the timer went bad first and caused board to go bad but it looks like you did the correct testing and need to replace timer and board.

washer will not go into spin cycle, just continues to wash. Pump was clogged recently but I cleared that and it ran fine for a week then this happened.

Answer Hello Stephen. If there is power to the timer motor, but the timer does not advance, you will need to replace the timer 137394000. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Mark, It could be the timer 137394000 but you would probably want to check the wiring harness and motor control board, first. especially if you have a broken shock/damper. Theres no way of telling what may have been knocked loose, disconnected or damaged, if the tub was over rotating.

When I pull the timer knob out to start the machine the door lock light comes on, but the door lock does not energize and the machine does not fill with water and does does not spin or do anything actually, regardless of the position of the cycle selector (timer). I have cleaned/checked the pump and impeller already. Possibly the timer is bad?

Answer Hello Jim, From the sound of this, even though the door lock light comes on, there are multiple switches in the door lock mechanism. There is anther issue with the door lock assembly 131763202 and since they are not serviceable, it will have to be replaced.

We did find a nickel in the filter. Would that harm anything? Would that cause the washer not to spin or tumble. Also the impeller will spin a little but not all the way around. It will go to the right and left only to a certain distance. I take it the impeller is good? Thanks Bud :) Hi Bud. Remove the front lower cover. Remove the sump hose going to the outer tub and to the pump intake. There is a filter part # AP5630356 cup inside it. It collects the debris before it enters the pump impeller. Clear all debris. Check the impeller to see if it is spinning loose on the pump shaft. If it is replace it with part # AP4359998. Thank You.

Answer Hello Bud, The nickel probably didn't hurt anything since the trap caught it. What you need to do is see how fast the drain water is rushing out of the drain when pumping the water out. If it is a dribble, you will probably need to remove the hose from the outer tub that leads to the pump and check the opening for a small article of clothing that could have gotten between the tubs. If nothing is there, the drain pump 137221600 will have to be replaced.
