Answer Hello Dan. If there is power to the timer motor, and the motor does not turn the timer, you will need to order and replace the timer 154465901 in the unit. Make sure the heating circuit is working properly on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Hello Michelle. Check and make sure the door switches are good on the unit. If so, then see if there is power going to the water valve. If not, you may need to replace the timer 154465901 on the unit.

Answer Finley, Before you replace the timer, check and make sure the selector switch buttons are properly pressed and locked down in position. A partial circuit can interupt the timer circuit and cause various faults. Check and make sure the water temperature in the tub is 120 dgs F. If you're using the heated rinse option, and the water temp. is low, it will stall the timer for an extended period. If alls Ok, then replace the timer.

Answer Hello Finley, This sounds like a heating circuit failure. You need to pull the tech. sheet from behind the kickpanel and perform the tests on the heating circuit. There is either a thermal fuse out or the heating element has failed.
