Hi, I'm on the last leg of rebuilding a gas clothes dryer and the wife is getting anxious. I might need a new timer but after the wiring got pulled off, I was unable to verify working condition because I have no record of the connections. Do you have a connection diagram that I could see in order to determine if the timer is, in fact, working before I order another replacement? Terminals are A, B, C, AD, TM, AND TD. The wires are White, Brown (coffee) Orange, Pink and Red. As soon as I can get it, I'll know whether I need to get that part right away. Many thanks. Orville
Answer Hello Orville,
This is a commercial unit. Unfortunately, we do not have access to wiring information on the commercial units. I would recommend opening the unit and see if you can locate the tech sheet inside it. It is normally located either in the control panel or in a large envelope inside the units' cabinet.
If my timer goes out does that cause the knob to hmmm and not work?
Answer Hello Santiago. If the timer is bad it can cause a humming sound. Hope this helps.
