Answer Jesse, The timer knob may not be turning if the timer is seized up or jammed.

Answer Hello Maryem, Are there any symptoms? Is there voltage to the unit. Has the breaker tripped? Is the unit completely dead? Is the unit plugged in? Does it run with no heat? The exhaust could be stopped up and the thermal fuse could have blown. Was it in use when it stopped? Did the unit just not start? Did it stop during or right after a storm? Answer Hello Glen. You need to check and see if the timer is good on the unit and if there is power going to the water valve when it is turned on. If so, you may have a bad water valve on the unit. If there is power there, and no water come into the unit, you will need to order and replace the water valve 134190200 on the unit.
