Fridge was not defrosting, had ice build up in coils and refrigerator compartment not cold. Replaced defrost timer and it worked for about 2 weeks and now not defrosting again. Same problem.

I have a #215846604 defrost timer, 6hr, 21 min., my ice in ice maker is sticking together after defrost cycle. Is there a shorter cycle time timer available or if not what do you think problem could be. Defrost thermostat and heater are working, thanks for your time.
