Will not advance through on any of the cycles. I have to manually turn it one click at a time to start the next part. Each selection works just fine but will not advance to the next. I have replace the timer and the door sensor with new parts but now I'm lost as to what to do next. Any help?

Answer Al, With the timer and the lock being replaced already, the only other thing that could cause this issue would be something in the wiring. You will want to check all your wiring and connections. Make sure that there are no loose, corroded or broken connections. Check to make sure that there is no broken or damaged wire.

The compatibility checker states that this part (TIme Part # 134014700) is not compatible with my washer model #. This Timer Part # is the same as what is in my machine, except there is an "A" at the end of the number. Is the part compatible?

The washer starts fine but about halfway through the timer seems to stick and wont go any further. The water keeps running but the timer doesnt advance unless I do it manually. It will spin and drain when I put it on final spin.

Answer Hello Irish. Test for power to the timer motor. If there is power there, and the timer does not advance, you will need to order and replace the timer in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Hello Bob. Must go through the top to remove the timer 134014700. Disconnect the power. Remove the main top, timer knob, and bezel. Remove the two screws securing the timer to the mounting plate. Pull the timer back and disconnect the plugs. Install new timer.

The door will lock, fill with water. Will not wash or spin, drains fine. The odd thing is that the timer will move very fast?

Sorry to bother you again. I have some additional information. At the start of any cycle there is no voltage at the pins to the dispenser valves and no water flows into the drum , when the rinse cycle starts the soap dispenser sees 110VAC and the bleach/softener valve see 14VAC and then the water starts, looking at the diagram it seems there must be a problem with the timer is that assumption correct and do you have a replacement? Answer Hi David. Use an ohm meter to ohm the hot and cold water valve coils. Make sure they are not open. Water valve part # [134190200]. If you are not getting 120vac to the wwater valve then yes it is a timer issue if not a bad wire connection at either end. Timer part # 134014700. Thank You.
