Answer Hello Josse. Check the lid switch on the unit and see if it is bad. If so, it will cause this issue. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Hello Dannielle. Based on the information you provided, you will need to check and see if the lid switch is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit.

The washer will go thru the wash cycle, spin out, but when it refills for the rinse the water doesn't fill the tub, just keeps pumping out. It you pull the knob it will stop and if you turn it abit it will go into the spin cycle but you don't get the complete rinse cycle. Any suggestions?

Answer Hello Russ, You may want to check to see if the unit is siphoning when filling. This will happen if the drain tube is pushed too far down into the pipe or if the drain is too low. Also check your air hose that goes to the pressure switch to make sure that it is not clogged or pinched. Check for blockage of the drain pump that may be causing the unit to drain for too long of period.

Answer Paul, Your first check needs to be at the drain pump assembly 137221600 and hoses. The tub has to partially drain, before the tub will spin, and the noise and poor drain characteristics could be due to the drain pump or clog in the drain hoses.

My washer fills up , but doesn't stop & agitate...it just continues filling to the point of overflowing..if I stop it and put it on the spin cycle, it does spin out...could I need a new timer?

Answer Hello Tracy. If you can stop the water from entering the machine by turning off the timer or unplugging the unit, you will need to look for a bad pressure hose or replace the pressure switch. If the only way to shut off the water is at the shut off for the water hoses, you will need to replace the water valve in the unit.

With dryer off washer does nothing.With dryer on washer will fill with water and pump out when selected but nothing else.
