how could i remove the knob form this timer
Answer Ridrigo, You will need to use a small flatblade screwdriver to unlock the retaining shaft at the back of the timer assembly " Timer Knob (some models) The timer knob is held on the shaft by a locking rod that extends to the rear of the timer. To remove the knob, disconnect power, remove the rear panel of the console and using a small screwdriverpull the locking rod backward to release the knob." Good Luck and Thanks
My washer only works on rinse and spin cycles. What could be the issue?
Answer Hello Carlos. From your description, it sounds like you are experiencing a timer issue. We will need the model number and serial to provide you with the correct timer for your unit. Thanks!
