after using the self cleaning option, the oven will not heat up, the clock and timer both work but there is not heat. what could be the problem

Answer Mary, Is it just the oven that won't heat or the cooktop burners as well ? Check and make sure both range breakers are reset several times at the breaker box. If its just the oven, you'll need to slide the range away from the wall, remove the back panel, and test or replace the safety thermostat 318003614 . It may have failed due to the high heat of the clean cycle. Thanks and Good Luck.
